The American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA) was established in 1936 as a non-profit trade institution that establishes a code of ethics and a set of standard practices that all movers should follow.  Movers that display the ProMover logo (see below) have agreed to follow these standards.  Action Moving Services, Inc. is tied to AMSA through our van line affiliation with Allied Van Lines, Inc.  You can look up other movers at the site below.  You will need to have that mover's motor carrier (MC) number to verify status on the AMSA site.  Allied's motor carrier number is MC 15735.
