Action Moving Services provided fabulous customer service from the beginning to the end of our move. Joanna, the Operations Manager, was fully engaged and promptly responded to any questions. We needed specific move-in/out dates and she made it happen (especially over the holidays). Shawn, the Move Team Manager, and his crew were professional and pleasant to work with. It was obvious that his goal was to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We could not have asked for a better move experience!

Spokane, WA to Spokane, WA (Local Move)

I have nothing but positive feedback for the entire Action team. The guys doing my move, were patient, friendly and efficient. It was as if I had family helping me. Cheney, WA to NorCal & SoCal & Arizona

I originally engaged Action to move a smaller load, which they did without any hitches, and for a great price. I engaged them for a second time to move much more stuff to 3 different locations (Northern Cal., Southern Cal. and Arizona). They gave us a break for using them a second time, and the second set of moves cost only slightly more than the first. They saved us a bundle, were wonderful to work with, and nothing was lost or broken in transit. Excellent staff. Good people.

Thank you Joanna for all of your help. Because yo were so helpful, I decided to go with your company. Our move was not an easy one since we had to rely on our friends at the distant end. Action Moving got our items to AZ. safe and sound and the guys were great. Which helped alot. They even told us we did good on the packing and placing everything in one area for easy loading. I hope we don't have to use you again soon. Moving is not what I like to do BUT we will recommend you. Thanks so much.

From getting the quote through Joann, the packing by Shawn and Travis, the loading by Shawn and Travis to the relocation and unloading by ...you guessed it! Shawn and Travis I was given excellent professional customer service. I liked the fact that I would be welcomed at my relocation by the same team that packed and transported my belongings. Copperas Cove, TX to Spokane, WA 

I recently moved from Copperas Cove, Texas to Spokane. This was our first move anywhere and we were very overwhelmed with all of the stress involved. The people at Action went above and beyond just "moving us"...they helped us find a daycare for my kids, told us where to go, what the best places where...really got us acclimated to our new surroundings. Our move went great and the movers took great care of our belongings. One of the movers even played football with my son on "his" break. I would recommend Action to anyone. Spokane International Airport

The Department of Homeland Security trusted Action Moving to bring in the new x-ray machines for the security checkpoints at the Spokane International Airport.  These machines weighed over 4,000 lbs each and dwarfed the presecessor machines.  Our movers used a boom truck to lift them over a ten foot wall and swing them into the terminal doors.  Read more and take a look at photos of this move on a special edition moving stories page.  Click here to see more.

Coeur d'Alene, ID to Visalia, CA

After 3 interviews with moving companies we selected Action Moving to move us. We moved from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to Visalia, California. We had a very hard move to make because it included a business office also. Action Movers packed us and the driver Robert was so helpful and courteous. The unloading process was a little more difficult since we bought a smaller home and had to get all our things in the house and shop. The guys worked as a great team and it took only a few hours to get unloaded. Our driver saw to it that all our beds were put together and the team ask me many times where I would like something placed. We highly recommend Action Movers. They are the Best!

this is just a quick note to say how great our movers were. we moved from denham springs la. to roswell, nm. greg and shannan were the absolute greatest !!!! make sure that you take care not to loose these two, because it would be a huge loss to your company !! like i told greg just before they were leaving, GIVE ME YOU TWO AND 98 MORE JUST LIKE YOU, AND I COULD CONQUER THE WORLD... tell them i said hello, and thanks again for a great and painless move...

Fairbanks, AK to Spokane, WA

Action Moving's friendly crew did a remarkably fast job of relocating all of our prized possessions into our new Spokane home! They were surprisingly willing to locate every item as we directed, assembled and even removed all of the packing materials. They made our move all the way from Alaska both damage and stress free! And talk about customer service? John Gish and his son, the owners even stopped by to welcome us to Spokane! Can't beat that!
